A piano paint require the wood subtract construction is perfectly smooth, so before painting, we polish the wood till it’s surface is smooth enough for first layer of lacquer. Multiple layers are sprayed in succession and with each layer, the finish gets thicker and thicker. So you can see the box’s surface is in a deep black smooth gloss finishing.

On the piano lacquer jewelry box top, you can print a custom logo on it. We fill inside the box with beige leather inlay for jewelry packaging, also OEM logo can be applied on inside the lid. Alternative material for insert, we can use velvet or other type of soft fabric.
